    Very interesting discussion, although I can’t help but think that Matthew D’Acona take on things is somewhat under analysed. He appears to be trying to argue that what is clearly an inherent feature of identity politics is merely a bug we can wish away if just try hard enough. He also appears to be confusing people with similar interests based on an aspect of their identity uniting to act together, with modern identity politics.
